Someone take me back ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ’– it feels ages since we were away but it's literally only been 4 days ๐Ÿ˜ I hoped that a week away would recharge me and I would ^feel better^ after struggling since January with adrenal fatigue. To be fair the stress free week of being able to sit , read and rest was just wonderful but I honestly can't say it fixed me. I'm really feeling the exhaustion this week ๐Ÿ˜ฃ maybe the stress of travelling or a few too many holiday treats ?๐Ÿน๐Ÿฉ It makes me a little concerned that it might take a lot longer than I realised to get back on top form and i need to be patient and listen to my body. I need to take it slowly and look after myself with good healthy food, cut the caffeine again, gentle exercise, better sleep *bed by 10, reduce my worrying too. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸI have biz plans to make too so want to be a good place to kick start that ๐Ÿ’› summer greece holidays memoriesbythesea grateful happydays carefree relax recovery adrenalfatigue intuition listentomybody health onedayatatime littlesteps
