Repost @stephraven_ ( @get_repost) ・・・ I am beyond proud of myself for finishing @tough_mudder yesterday! 2 years ago I slipped a disc in my spinal cord that has left me with nerve damage (Cauda Equina Syndrome). I didn't know if I could exercise again never mind do an obstacle course.
