It’s National Rosé Day! 💕🍷(sponsored by @WholeFoods). We’re celebrating with these simple Grilled Ratatouille Tartines. Here’s the recipe: . 1) Drizzle 1 halved zucchini, 1 sliced eggplant, 1 red pepper and 3 whole scallions with olive oil. Grill until charred on all sides. 2) Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
